I won't treat you like you're oh so typical

What do you think of my blog's new look? Pretty, hey? After months of changing banner after banner, all black and white, I have finally come up with one that best represents me, and makes me extremely happy. Yes, you read that right. My new banner represents me pretty well. Colour is so vital in my life, it's crazy. Now, no one will ever think this is being run by a dyke/butch, whatever. Stereotypes are stupid. Just because I am the masculine one in the relationship, it doesn't mean I can't like pretty, girly stuff. But before I go off topic and rant on society being superficial..

Hello! It's been a while. No, it's only been a week. But it has been a while since I last made an upbeat entry. I have been so caught up with sentiment over the past weeks, but now that I think I am over it, I am here to start anew. Back, fresh, and more productive than ever. (I should stop before I jinx it)
Quick updates, quick changes:
Two of the courses (subjects) I'm taking are life changing and I say that because I apply the things I learn in my everyday life. Scary. Communications is teaching me to be more skeptic about the things that surround me, and I am constantly reminded of the dilemma whether true communication exists or not. Everything that we see, hear and say, they are simply ideas of reality. On the other hand, Journalism is making me a better critic. And recently, I have become very interested in the US elections thus, I am in front of the television more now, watching CNN and having a kick out of Fox News. That Sean Hannity guy is an idiot.
This is big because I hate politics.
As much as I am (sort of) enjoying my classes, I am quite nervous about the work I need to do. Sometimes I regret taking three writing courses. What the hell was I thinking?

Anyway, since this is just an update, I'll keep this short. Also because I still have to write another blog entry for my communications class. Ta ta for now, my non existent readers.

Let me end this entry with the lyric video of Tegan and Sara's newest single, Closer.

OH, HELLO OCTOBER!
